The Air Cadet Museum and Archives is undergoing renewal. The Air Cadet story is a national one and the concept is to tell the national story in a regional or provincial manner by forming a partnership between the Royal Canadian Air Force Association (RCAFA) nationally, the Air Cadet League of Canada (ACLC), and the Canadian Aeronautical Preservation Association (CAPA).
To preserve, interpret and present to the public the continuing history of the Royal Canadian Air Cadets, to promote learning about our country’s premier youth development program.
Proposed Mission
To be the authoritative source for information on the history of the Canadian Air Cadet program distinguished by the lasting and positive impact of the Royal Canadian Air Cadet program.
Proposed Vision
To be the Repository of Canadian Air Cadet History and a resource for researchers and historians; and
Tell the story of the Royal Canadian Air Cadets and promote and encourage public awareness of the Air Cadet Program/Movement by collecting, preserving and displaying Air Cadet artifacts and interpret their significance.
